Sir..as I have written in My bio-data, My name is Saurabh
Goyal..Basically I am from UP but born & bought up in Gujarat….I have
done BTech In Agriculture Engineering & working with Netafim Irrigation
company …
M1—Ohh u r working (Then he checked 2nd page of bio-data)
Me continue………… Sir, I am straight forward person & always try to take
the things in on the way so that they can go on most composed way..I
feel life is all about how u think positive as positive outlook always
shape yr character at all aspects of your life…I always try to make be
better..always try to learn new things..and as a result of which I m
here in front of you..attending biggest interview of my life???
Madam--- ohh..u mean bigger then UBI?
Me---- yes that was also big interview..but this bank is really special
for me as two of my child hood friends already working in this bank..
M2---oh in this bank??
Me—yes sir
M1-----Why banking? U r already working since 4 years..
Me----Actually sir, Banking is one of the most booming industries….. The
corporate level exposure, promotion scopes & growth opportunities what
ever I will get in this organization, I don’t think so I wil get in my
current job…..
M1----But u r wasting the money of government..u r BTech…U already
working in your field…then why u r coming in bank..
Me--- sir, but promotion scopes is also imp for me……
M2--- tell that u require agovt job..thats why u r here
Me—yes sir..its also right..
M1--- U can start your own industry
Me—Sir…starting of new industry is not a single handed work…u require a
team & big finance as well
M2--- but u r wasting money of government….how u would be helpful for
us..We require Commercial fellows…Hume bank me koi drip irrigation nhi
karvani….hahaha
Me--- sir..This is really dream job for mr
M2—there are so many persons for which this is dream job
Me----I am also helpful for banking…

Me—Sir.. I have technical knowledge..and to verify the corporate applied
loans, technical knowledge require..
M1--- Achha….U mean ..corporate loans ke liye technical knowledge
chahiye..achaa aaisa hai..
Chal..I am giving u a case right now….lets think …a textile industry has
come for laon…?? Now what u will check??
Me------Sir…Whatever machines they want to purchase..whether they
require Or not..
M1---- No..No..give me pure technical answer..u r sound in technical
knowledge naa…give pure technical answer….what r the main parts of factory
Me---sir production house
M1--- what production house..?? Tell me the name of machines….which
machines required??
Me--- Now I confused ….& told drill machine ( Why don’t know…munh me aa
gaya aur nikal gaya..)
M1--- drill machine….hahahahahahaha….

M1--- U have lots of options..like pesticides, tractor etc..etc..
Me—Sir…Pesticide companies require BSC Agriculture..they never hire
BTech fellows
There are so many scopes available for Mechanical, Electrical & IT
engineers..as each & every organization require these…..But I have to
accept that for Agriculture engineer there are only two fields..one is
Irrigation & second is tractor
M2---- But Tractor is very big field
Me--- yes sir..
Madam--- But u have done BTech……u may have at least some vision for that..
Me---- Actually M’am…when I was in 12th ..at that time I wanted to be
doctor..want to go in medical line..but I didn’t get enough marks to get
admission….then I took admission in Btech...b/z this was locally
available course & I knew that I will get atleast some job after
completion of BTech
M2—Ok..then u get Pvt job..ok…. So why u didn’t go for MTech?
Me--- B/z sir I require to do job to support my family
M2—Ok then u applied for any scholarship during Btech
Me—No
M2—Why..there is gud scholarship available for from ICAR..
Me—I didn’t have knowledge about that at that time sir..Also I was on
free sheet…and fee was only 3000 per semester…
M2—That’s why we r telling that you are wasting money of government..
